Erkand Shabani, director of the company "Onima", arrested

The director of the company "Onima", Onima, Erkand Shabani, has been detained by the authorities for 48 hours, under suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Harassment".

The news was confirmed by the spokesperson for the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, Kaltrina Shala, who announced that the detention was made by order of the State Prosecutor and that investigations are ongoing.

According to the official statement, a person with the initials E.Sh. has been detained for 48 hours, suspected of the criminal offense of "Harassment", as provided for in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The authorities have emphasized that all necessary investigative actions are being taken to fully clarify the case.
