For at least a year now, the United States of America is facing a new criminal phenomenon, which consists of the raiding of various businesses by crowds of people.
For the most part, these robberies are committed by people of color, but not only. They enter markets, clothing stores, or electronic stores and rob whatever they can find without worrying.
In some US states, these individuals appear to have been further favored by recently passed laws that do not allow criminal prosecution for larceny under $700.
The police also hesitate to arrest them as they risk being targeted as racists, causing thousands of businesses to suffer colossal damages.
Recently in Philadelphia, large groups of dozens of black youths have been seen raiding hundreds of businesses, including that of "Apple".
But already the local police has set up a team there for "quick response" and is trying to curb this phenomenon as little as possible.
