Six women have been arrested in connection with the suspicious death of a one-year-old boy at a nursery in Dudley, Great Britain.

The serious event was recorded on December 9, 2022, and the police immediately launched an investigation into the death of the toddler.

The daycare was closed on December 14 and three female employees were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. In the absence of evidence, they were later released on bail.

Express & Star writes that yesterday 3 other women were arrested for the case, suspected of killing the minor.

A spokesperson for the police authorities said that no details of the serious incident will be communicated as the investigation is not closed, however a series of procedures have been initiated to ensure that the other children in this nursery are not endangered in any way.
