Trump accused Biden of killing three American soldiers

Former President Donald Trump has reacted strongly to the killing of three American soldiers in Jordan and the wounding of dozens of others by a drone attack.

The former head of the White House accused Iran and said that President Joe Biden is to blame for the strengthening of this state in the Middle East.

"I express my sincere condolences to the families of the soldiers who lost their lives. This is a terrible day for America. This attack would never have happened if I were President, not even a chance. The Iranian-backed Hamas attack on Israel would never have happened either. The war in Ukraine would never have happened and there would be peace all over the world. Instead, we are on the brink of World War III," Trump said.

After the attack, other Republican officials reacted by calling for a tougher stance against Iran and the forces it supports in the region.

Meanwhile, Iran has denied involvement in this drone attack in Jordan. Officially, a group called the Islamic Resistance in Iraq has claimed responsibility for the attack.

President Joe Biden and British Foreign Secretary David Cameron have blamed Iran-backed groups for Sunday's attack.

This incident, according to analysts in the region, marks an important moment, as it is the first time that US troops have been killed in the Middle East since the start of the Israel-Hamas conflict in early October.

The Pentagon reports that since mid-October, more than 150 attacks have targeted US and allied forces in Iraq and Syria, prompting US countermeasures in both countries.

According to international media, many attacks on American forces have been carried out by local groups in the region, which are supported by Iran.
