A woman has remained a victim, after she was killed by a police officer while she was in her car.
The incident occurred in Ohio, USA, and the victim has been identified as Ta'Kiya Young, 21, who was about 25 weeks pregnant.
The police officer is accused of murdering the young black woman and her unborn daughter in August of last year.
This Tuesday a grand jury in the city of Columbus found enough evidence to indict Blendon City Police Officer Connor Grubb for murder, involuntary manslaughter and assault.
Body camera video ( Click to view ) of the fatal encounter showed police trying to stop Young from driving away so they could question him about the alleged shoplifting.
In the video, she appeared to walk toward the officer who fired the fatal shot as he ordered her out of the car.
Young was suspected of stealing alcohol from a Kroger grocery store, according to investigators, and the police officer's attorneys have said he shot him in self-defense.
