American President Joe Biden made the next joke at an annual press dinner, which was held at the White House. The BBC writes that Biden during the speech with the 92-year-old tycoon Rupert Murdoch made him look like the singer Harry Styles and joked that he was friends with one of the founding fathers of the USA, James Madison.
Biden, at 80, has announced plans to run for re-election and attacked critics who think he is too old to do so. The president began to entertain reporters by predicting media headlines about the significance of his age. He even expressed how it is viewed from different perspectives by everyone.
"I believe in the First Amendment, not just because my good friend Jimmy Madison wrote it," he said, referring to one of America's founding fathers, who died in 1836.
“Look, I understand that age is a perfectly reasonable issue. It's on everyone's mind, and by everyone, I mean the New York Times. Headline: “Biden's advanced age is a big deal. However, Trump's is not."
"They say I'm ancient. I say I am wise. They say I'm over the hill, Don Lemon would say: "This is a man in his prime," was the joke that reporters laughed at the president.
In addition to politicians, including Vice President Kamala Harris, the dinner was attended by celebrities such as actor Liev Schreiber and singer John Legend and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, a model and television personality.
