The Italian newspaper " La Repubblica " has published new details about the " Qatar Gate " scandal , which has "troubled" Brussels for several days.

The Italian media has revealed a meeting between the former MP Antonio Panzeri, the partner of the MEP Eva Caili, Francesco Giorgi and the Minister of Doha in a large hotel in Brussels.

Cameras captured luggage and bags coming and going from Katariano's room, with the newspaper claiming the money was transferred at that point.

The photos reportedly show Ali Ben Samih al-Marri, Qatar's labor minister, Pier Antonio Pancheri and Giorgi on October 10. The meeting in question took place five weeks before the start of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
