Serbia votes pro-Anti-Russian resolution at UN

The UN Assembly overwhelmingly adopted the resolution urging Russia to immediately cut off fighting in Ukraine and withdraw all troops from its territory.

140 countries voted pro-resolution, including Albania and Western countries, but serbia, meanwhile, 38 abstained, among them China, and 5 voted against the same initial resolution against this conflict: Russia, Syria, Belarus, Eritrea and North Korea. The abstained were three more, while the "pro" countries fell by one vote.

Meanwhile, official Beijing seems the only country that can stop Vladimir Putin's will for war. But Chinese Ambassador to the UN Zhang Jun in his address signalled that the end of the conflict is far away.

"Developed countries are not part of this conflict and should not be brought into this matter, not to suffer the possible consequences of this conflict. Important countries should not have a type-o approach with me, or against me, our priority is to avoid civilian casualties, and try to negotiate a ceasefire," he said.
