The "Taphane" Music Museum in Gjakova was engulfed in flames.

It is the Deputy Minister of Regional Development of Kosovo, Ali Tafarshiku, who published the images on his profile on the Facebook social network.

For the fire, he has accused the local government of Gjakova. The footage shows the flames that have engulfed a large part of the building, and it is suspected that they have caused great damage.

The regional police of Gjakova said that the police and fire brigade units are at the scene, and that the causes of the fire are not yet known.

"The prosecutor has been notified, the investigations are in the initial phase, we still have no clues or doubts about the causes of the fire. The fire expert's report remains to be awaited, while the investigations will be carried out by the regional investigation department", said the police.
