The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi thanked today the Prime Minister Edi Rama for the fraternal care that, according to him, he is showing towards Kosovo, after the visit in The Hague to former President Hashim Thaçi.

In a post on social networks, Krasniqi wrote that Rama recalled that solidarity values ​​"are beyond borders" as they were in the most difficult days when the Albanian people of Kosovo were fighting for freedom. According to Krasniqi, the visit in question is a high homage to the most sacred national values ​​and history of the Albanian people.

"I thank from the bottom of my heart Prime Minister Edi Rama for the fraternal care he is showing towards Kosovo. Today, with his visit to The Hague, to President Hashim Thaçi, he cared for Kosovo and reminded us that our solidarity values ​​are transcendent - as they were in the most difficult days when the Albanian people of Kosovo were fighting for their freedom.

This visit is a high honor to the most sacred national values ​​and the most meaningful history of the Albanian people - the just war of the Kosovo Liberation Army, for the protection of which her sons are fighting another battle.

Recalling the words of President Thaçi, in his letter to you, Mr. Rama, I hope that you meet as soon as possible, breathing under the beautiful sky and the sun that warms Albania and Kosovo, "Krasniqi wrote.

But it seems that Memli's father and one of the founders of PDK, Milazim Krasniqi, does not seem to share the same opinion with his son about the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.

In a post some time ago, Milazim Krasniqi says that Rama best represents the Stalinist Albania that loved the Slavs, while accusing him of stealing votes.

It is worth mentioning the fact that in Kosovo there are many debates on the figure of Edi Rama, where some criticize him and some do not, but apparently the opposite opinions exist within the family.
