Montenegrin Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic reacted immediately, shortly after the massacre that took place today in Cetinje, where a 34-year-old man killed 11 people for still unclear reasons.
"I invite all the citizens of Montenegro to be with the families of the innocent victims, their relatives, friends and all the citizens of Cetinje," Abazovic declared on Telegram.
