The request of the opposition, the Secretariat of Ethics cancels the March 7

The Secretariat of Ethics cancels the March 7 vote in the Assembly. The request was made by the DP parliamentary group to declare invalid the votes conducted in the plenary session of March 7.

The DP group claimed that all the laws voted in the March 7 session should be declared invalid, because the necessary quorum in the Assembly was not met.

"Dear members of the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics, I would like to inform you that on Friday, 29.3.2024, at 11.30, the Secretariat for Voting Procedures is holding a meeting to discuss:

1. Review of the request of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party for:

"Declaration of invalidity/cancellation of the votes carried out in the plenary session of 7.3.2024". No. 905 prot, date 7.3.2024.

The meeting will take place in the hall of the Laws Commission," said the notice addressed to the members of the Secretariat.
