Italian MPs were involved in a physical conflict today during the parliamentary session.
While a draft law was being discussed, the deputy of the 5 Star Movement party, Leonardo Donno, had taken a flag to put on the minister, but on the way he was punched by several Lega Nord deputies and fell to the ground.
He did not feel well and was taken out of the parliament in a wheelchair.
A parliamentary assistant who intervened to calm down the MPs was also hit in the fight.
Escenes d'esquadrisme feixista al parlament italiana: a group of extrema right-wing MPs don't have abraonat against a M5E MP who protested peacefully. Un de la Lega li ha clavat cops de puny al cap, l ha fet caure i se l han endut amb cadira de rodes. pic.twitter.com/7sSRudS4J0
