Israel does not stop attacks even on Eid al-Adha, 38 killed in Gaza

The Israeli army is facing a shortage of at least 10,000 soldiers, after nearly 20 months of war between Israel and the Palestinian organization, Hamas.

The Palestinian enclave's Civil Defense announced today that Palestinians in the small enclave are marking the first day of the Muslim holiday of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha).

In total, the Civil Defense recorded 38 casualties, including 11 from an attack in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip, as announced by Mohammed Al-Mughayir, spokesman for this emergency aid organization.
