The head of the Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, has celebrated the victory of Donald Trump in the US presidential elections, although he is sanctioned by the US.

Dodik, who has been accused of trying to destabilize the Balkans, and is considered a tool of Vladimir Putin in the region, has covered the facade of the Republika Srpska Palace with the image of Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, the US continues to sanction people close to him, who have tried to help Dodik avoid American sanctions. Recently, Vladimir Perisic and the company Elpring, through which Dodik and his son Igor tried to evade US sanctions, were placed under new OFAC sanctions.

The victory of Donald Trump has raised hope among many high-ranking politicians sanctioned by the US, who believe that through connections and friendships they will be able to remove the "black stain" from across the Atlantic.
