US FBI arrests 205 pedophiles
US Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel

US Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel announced on Wednesday that 205 suspected child sexual abusers who used children online were arrested last week.

The arrests are part of a new joint operation by the Justice Department and the FBI called "Operation Justice Restore," where 115 children across the country were rescued during the process, Bondi and Patel said.

Bondi called the operation "historic" and "unprecedented."

"These depraved human beings, if convicted, will face the maximum penalty of life imprisonment," Bondi said at a press conference.

"We will find you. We will arrest you and charge you. If you are targeting a child online, you will not escape us. The FBI and the Department of Justice will pursue you. And we will prosecute you," she declared.
