The event happened this evening near the Armani Hotel, where Sainz had just come out wearing a T-shirt with the Ferrari logo. Two immigrants from South America approached him and grabbed the luxury watch worth 500,000 euros from his hand.

However, Sainz did not sit idly by. Together with a friend of his, he chased the robbers for a few minutes, finally managing to block them in Montenapoleone.
