Two newborn twin babies were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza while their father was at a local government office to register their birth.
The boy and girl, Asser and Ayssel, were just four days old when their father Mohammed Abu al-Qumsan went to collect their birth certificates.
While he was away, neighbors called to say their house had been bombed. His wife and mother were also killed in the attack.
"I don't know what happened. They told me it was a shell that hit the house. I didn't even have time to celebrate their birth", said the father.
Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry says 115 babies have been born and then killed during the war.
