Shocking details have come to light from the murder that took place in Zakynthos, where a 51-year-old Albanian man took the life of his 41-year-old wife, stabbing her several times.

According to the first information from the Greek media, the perpetrator after a quarrel severely beat his wife and then stabbed her several times in the chest and neck, with the victim dying a few minutes after arriving at the hospital.

It is known that the serious crime happened after the woman filed a lawsuit for domestic violence not once, but twice. The first was on June 18, after which her husband was released on the order of the prosecutor not to come within 100 meters of her.

However, after a while he was allowed to return home. However, yesterday the victim filed a new lawsuit against him for the same reason and after 30 minutes the 51-year-old took his own life.

Greek media reports that the neighbors heard voices and notified the police, while the victim was found submerged in a pool of blood on the balcony of the ground floor house, with many signs of violence and bruises on her body. In fact, a neighbor reported seeing him pulling his wife by her hair and telling her, " I'm going to kill you."

A crooked knife with blood was also found in the area. The couple have three children, two minors who lived with them in Tsilivi and the grown son who lived outside Zakynthos. The woman works in a hotel in the area and the perpetrator is suspected to have been jealous of her. The police have launched an investigation to find the suspected killer.
