SERIOUS in Kosovo/ 34-year-old pregnant woman ends her life with a gunshot,

A tragic event occurred on Thursday in a house in Štrpce, where a woman was found dead and according to initial information, it is suspected that she took her own life.

The victim is suspected of committing suicide after a family celebration, for motives and circumstances that are still unclear.

It concerns a 34-year-old woman, who, based on family testimony, was in the fourth month of pregnancy.

Her death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene and the body was removed to be sent to the IML for an autopsy.

The deceased is suspected of ending her life with a gunshot wound inside their home.

Police units have conducted the necessary examinations, while the motive that led the victim to this serious act is still unknown.

By order of the State Prosecutor, an investigation has been initiated to clarify this case.

Based on initial information, after examinations by doctors, hematomas were observed on the deceased's body.

Her husband informed the police and the medical team that his wife was expecting a baby, in her fourth month of pregnancy.

Police units have conducted the necessary examinations at the scene, where the weapon suspected of being used by the victim has been seized.
