The 54th attempt to constitute the Assembly, held at 22:00, failed again.

103 deputies were present, but the vote for the formation of the secret parliamentary committee for the election of the speaker of the assembly still did not pass.

As of tomorrow, the temporary measure of the Constitutional Court comes into force, which prohibits deputies from making any decision or taking actions after the expiration of the 30-day deadline for constitution, established by the June 26 judgment.

This ban will be in force from July 27 to August 8. During this period, a decision of the Constitutional Court on the political impasse is expected.
