The constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo fails for the 28th time

The constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo for the 28th time fails.

There is no decision-making quorum for the formation of the electoral commission for secret ballot.

"Kosovo continues to remain without established institutions due to the stubbornness of the Vetevendosje Movement," said Vlora Çitaku.

"This is not the time to barricade. Kosovo is bigger than each of us separately", added the vice president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.

Asked if the holiday months of July and August will also come to the Assembly in the coming months, when the Assembly of Kosovo should also end its summer session, she said that the Constitution obliges them but that this situation should not be normalized.
