The death of Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin was clearly seen as Vladimir Putin's revenge for his rebellion with the heads of the Russian Defense Ministry.
Experts, since the failed coup, said that Prigozhin is a "dead man". And exactly two months after the rebellion, the Russian oligarch's plane crashed, killing him and 9 other people.
However, according to a survey conducted in Russia, only 8% of the population believe that Prigozhin was killed on Putin's orders. Although a large part of Russians are afraid to express their opinions openly in public.
It seems that Russian propaganda has already started to blame the West for Prigozhin's death. Propagandist Vladimir Solovyov pointed the finger at NATO.
In his show on Russian state television, he said that in Ukraine they are rejoicing over Prigozhin's death, which is also not entirely true. Ukrainians would care if Prigozhin were alive, as he could cause more unrest and trouble for Putin.
Solovyov has said that Prigozhin's plane was brought down by a bomb, which can only be assembled by experts. According to him, this is an indication of the involvement of NATO.
