The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, forgetting the microphone on after the annual speech on Thursday, has announced an important meeting with the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Referring to him with the nickname "Bibi", Biden told Senator Michael Bennet that he asked the Israeli prime minister for a meeting to which he addressed the expression "Come to Jesus" which refers to "the realization or understanding of something that often causes change big".
After an aide informed him that everything is being recorded, Biden laughed and quickly continued that "I have the microphone on... that was good". Shortly after, Bennett was heard asking Biden to ask Israel to allow more aid to Gaza.
Biden has early relations with Netanyahu. Recently, Washington has heightened tensions due to the war in Israel. According to the US, Israel is not doing enough to address the Palestinian humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
