The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, held an extraordinary press conference where he revealed new evidence proving that Serbia organized the September 24 attack in the north.

Sve?la said that his country has collected evidence that proves that Serbia tried to annex the north of Kosovo and that the attackers were prepared in the military bases of the Serbian army inside Serbia.

The Kosovo Police was attacked by a group of about 30 armed and masked persons in the village of Banjskë, in the municipality of Zveçan on September 24, where Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.

Asked how the perpetrators were able to escape, Sveçla and Hoxha denied that there had been negotiations with them.

"There was absolutely no negotiation. Their withdrawal was also due to the extremely difficult terrain",  said Sveçla, adding that in that area there are " high mountains with a lot of vegetation" and that "this has enabled their withdrawal as well as their military preparation... ".

Even the director of the Police, Gazmend Hoxha, said that there was "no communication" about their withdrawal . "There was no communication and no attempt to create a corridor for anyone ," said Hoxha.

Sveçla was also asked about the villa of Milan Radoicic, the organizer of the terrorist group that attacked Kosovo. He said that he has proposed that it be converted into a Police station. Sveçla said in a press conference that Radoicic's villa at the edge of Ujman lake is built on the land of the Forestry Agency of Kosovo.

"The super-luxury complex of Milan Radoicic is built on the land of the Forestry Agency of Kosovo. Also, the nearby tunnel bypass is occupied by this complex, by Milan Radoicic. This bypass is critical infrastructure ," said Sveçla.

Sveçla said that he is discussing with the Minister of Agriculture, Faton Peci, that this property be transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs "and then be used by the Kosovo Police as a station for the boat unit in the Border Department".
