Tirana is slowly turning into a huge concrete massif. Very old buildings from the '50s or '60s, replaced by chaotic constructions from the '90s and more recently by high-rise buildings, which are taking the breath away of over 1 million inhabitants. Green surfaces have been left with drips, while the "limit" of the builders is the sky itself.
In recent years, hundreds of permits have been granted for high-rise towers, built even in the most elite areas or even among the ensemble of government buildings, making Tirana even more chaotic than in the 2000s. Not to mention the infrastructure, which has remained the same, although the capital has increased tenfold in population.
And, in all this wave, here comes another giant project, which will be built in one of the most populated areas, along Kavaja Street.

VoxNews has obtained photos of the next project of two skyscrapers to be built near Kavaja Street. It is a twin tower complex.
The project is advertised by the firm that designed it, which writes that the project is "a new living organism next to Tirana's most important boulevard, introducing a new dialogue between architecture, public space and the city's natural environment."
"Conceived as a mineral rhizome that blooms from the ground, the project emerges from a matrix that organizes both the structure and the landscape, followed by a dense cluster of columns that visually and physically connect the towers to the surrounding plazas and green spaces. This design encourages an organic interaction between the built environment and public life, creating a continuous flow between indoor and outdoor spaces ," the design firm writes.
According to her, the complex carefully integrates retail spaces, office spaces, a hotel, residential units and a wide range of public and private amenities.

The project will feature shopping malls, or even exclusive sky shops and a rooftop restaurant, which will offer sweeping and panoramic views of Tirana.
But who will build it? The design firm "Coldefy" writes that the client is "glob3x.al." If you go to this company's website, it turns out that it has also advertised the project in question.

The same project has also been advertised by the website of the company “Glob3X”. It writes that the towers will be built soon, while it does not provide details on whether or not the same firm has received permission from the National Council of Territory and Water. The same firm has received permission from the National Council of Territory and Water for a project in the 5 May area, or even on Zenel Bastari Street.

According to the National Business Center, the clients of the project in question, the huge twin towers in Tirana, are Skënder and Visjan Dedja. Skënder was the founder of the firm, while he currently holds 49% of the shares and Visjan has 51%.
Now, the Dedja family from Burreli is also "invading" Tirana, building endlessly, everywhere and nowhere. If you look at the project in question, with the two towers, they will be built next to existing buildings, where the word "space" or "square" does not even have a place in the project.
