An individual with a dubious past and minimal legal income is slowly becoming one of the youngest oligarchs. It is 38-year-old Ermal Peti, an unknown name until yesterday, while recently his name has been rumored in "Call Centers", construction sites and even nightclubs.

Although his legal income in 2024 was around 5 thousand euros, he managed to open a large construction firm a year later, acquire a public property in the much-loved Sauk area, and continue the nightclub business.

Law enforcement and control bodies have immediately begun verification, under the strong suspicion that we are dealing with a case of money laundering. This is a scheme commonly used in Albania, where people without legal income enter all sectors, aiming to immediately reach the "tops".

According to documents researched by VoxNews, oligarch Ermal Peti has 3 companies registered with the National Business Center. One with his name, natural person Ermal Peti, which he owns 100%. The second is the company “Ava Club” shpk, a joint-stock company. Ermal Peti has 34% of the shares, 33% is owned by his brother Floriand Peti and the other 33% is owned by Ms. Jonida Liçaj.

VoxNews has also researched the balance sheets of this company, which is a nightclub, where administrators have changed frequently, after a number of problems they have had with justice. A few months ago, “Ava Club” published the balance sheets for 2024, where the three shareholders and owners approved the financial statements. “The net result, after deducting profit tax, of the company for 2024, is a profit in the amount of 1,481,601 lekë,” this document states.

If you divide this amount by 3, which are also the shareholders, it turns out that the profit for each is about 5 thousand euros. However, the company writes that it has not distributed dividends and Ermal Petit's 5 thousand euros will remain in the accounts of "Ava Club".

But what did Ermal Peti do with 5 thousand euros? Documents that VoxNews has researched show that in December 2024, he founded the firm "Nikea Construction". The firm's address is in the city of Tirana, on Elbasani Street at Park Gate, on the third floor. The firm's object is the design and construction of civil and industrial buildings, as well as the management of the implementation of projects of this nature for itself and for third parties.

“Shitja e objekteve, njësive të ndërtuara si investitor dhe ose subjekt ndërtues dhe/ose dhënia e tyre me qira. Aktivitet në fushën e ndërtimeve civile, objekte shërbimi dhe banimi, rrugë, ura, porte, trase hekurudhore, terminale, hidrocentrale, veprave bonifikuese si dhe parkimeve nëntokësore”, shkruhet në dokument.

Duket se Ermal Peti po bëhet gati që të fitojë tendera apo të shpallet në të ardhmen një investitor strategjik. Firma ka si subjekt edhe studim, projektim i ndërtimeve të ndërtesave publike, rrugëve, urave e tuneleve.

Ermali ka në mendje të bëjë edhe qendra tregtare, pasi ka shkruar në objekt se do të menaxhojë edhe qendra të biznesit, qendra tregtare. Synon edhe menaxhimin e aeroporteve apo porteve, madje edhe investimin dhe menaxhimin e projekteve koncesionare. Ai synon edhe PPP-të e famshme, të cilat synon që t’i marrë në të ardhmen.

Kompania u hap në muajin dhjetor 2024, ndërkohë në muajin qershor 2025, vetë Ermal Peti ka aplikuar pranë Këshillit Kombëtar të Territorit për ndërtimin e një fshati turistik. Me qindarkat e klubit të natës, Peti arriti të marrë një leje për ndërtimin e vilave me pishina në Sauk.

Ka dyshime të forta se paratë e fituara nga aktivitete të paligjshme, siç janë Call Centerat, apo të ardhura të tjera tepër të diskutueshme, po investohen në ndërtime, njësoj siç veprojnë edhe individë të tjerë, disa të hetuar nga SPAK-u apo edhe nga Prokuroria e Tiranës.

VoxNews ka mësuar se KKT ka muratuar lejen e ndërtimit për objektin “banesa individuale me 1, 2 dhe 3 kate mbi tokë dhe 1-2 kat nëntokë, me pishinë dhe mur rrethues”, me vendndodhje në Sauk, Bashkia Tiranë, me subjekt zhvillues z.Ermal Peti.

Një rritje galopante e 38-vjeçarit, i cili duket se ka krijuar një rrjet të gjerë, madje edhe në radhët e institucioneve ligjzbatuese. Aktiviteti i Call Centerave apo edhe lidhjet që mund të ketë Peti në radhët e Policisë apo të Prokurorisë janë një dosje e denjë për Prokurorinë e Posaçme.

VoxNews ka mësuar se Peti ka lajmëruar “bashkëpunëtorët” e tij në radhët e organeve të drejtësisë për një tentativë gjobëvënie. Pas kësaj tentative dhe informacioni që ka marrë, 38-vjeçari është larguar nga Shqipëria. Informacionet flasin se ai është zhvendosur në Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe, përkatësisht në Dubai.

Pavarësisht se nuk është fizikisht, Peti ka shtuar pasurinë në Shqipëri, pasi zotëron vila, apartamente, toka apo edhe synon që të ndërtojë resorte. Madje, ka në përdorim makina luksoze, ndërsa asnjë nga agjencitë ligjzatuese s’ka vepruar. Dyshimet janë se Peti merret me mashtrime me pasoja të rënda ndaj qytetarëve evropianë, ndërkohë që baza e tij sa vjen e shtohet, por gjithmonë me para jo të ligjshme.
