According to published documents, the project is in the shape of a sphere and will contain a sports field in the middle of the sphere, surrounded by shops and hotels.

MVRDV's project for Asllan Rus, a sports field in the middle of the hotel

If the National Stadium project has a tower, the exact opposite has happened with Asllan Rusi. The sports field and stairs will be in the middle of the Shopping Center, which is in the shape of a sphere or basketball.

But who will build it?! VoxNews has learned that the studio that was announced as the winner is not unknown in Albania. It designed the Pyramid project, placing kiosks around it. Meanwhile, a private firm has also been contracted for the tower of the former "7 Dwarves", where the palace also has a map of Albania.

The most controversial project of this studio is precisely “Tirana Rock”, behind the Palace of Culture. The firm designed the construction of a tower in the shape of the hero Skanderbeg. But after construction, the project resembles more the face of Edi Rama than that of the hero.

VoxNews has learned that the Albanian firm that contracted the MVRDV design studio is Trema. A well-known name in Albania, where in recent years its owner Ilir Trebicka has received a number of permits from Prime Minister Edi Rama. Trebicka and Prime Minister Edi Rama even have a photo of the two of them together.

Although a competition was held, the winners were the same firms that have won projects before. In fact, the same clients who always win.
