Luciano Boçi 's candidacy has made the challenge for Elbasan the hottest of all the country's municipalities. This is due to the fact that the battle has gone from a political one to a local one.

Number 2 of the Socialist Party and that of the ' Together We Win' coalition have landed in Elbasan. The secretary of SP, Damian Gjiknuri and Flamur Noka of 'Rithemelimilit' are the leaders of the campaign in the municipality of Elbasan.

But so far there is nothing bad, the campaign seems calm so far, but the ' underground ' in Elbasan is moving its stones and waiting for which side it should support.

This was also seen in the operation of RENEA a week ago in the Agro-Food Market of the city, it was seen as a 'pressure', to understand the movements of a group of strongmen in Elbasan.

The Agro-Food Market of Elbasan is owned by Petri Çela , the father of Suel Çela, currently the most wanted man in Albania. Suel Çela is wanted because the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani, showed that he had received orders for two murders from him.

Çelaj and their people have been regular supporters of the socialists in election campaigns. In every campaign in recent years, the Democratic Party has accused them of acts of violence, pressure, vote-buying and threats of arms against opposition militants. But it seems that the wings have already changed, or Suel Çela has chosen to stay away from these elections.

Journalist Artan Hoxha said in a television interview that RENEA is putting pressure on Suel Çela, because he is no longer working for the Socialist Party.

"The premises of the market were checked, that the traders have the premises for rent. And the apartments of the Çela family located nearby. For 6 hours RENEA was installed there. The officers asked that they think there might be some set piece, underground tunnels, some hidden cavity somewhere. It was also searched with special equipment to make sure that Suel Çela was not there. They were all accompanied. Suel Çela was not found. But this event has another meaning. What is the meaning? That unlike the previous campaign when the opposition accused Suel Çela of connection and support with the Socialist Party and Prime Minister Rama, this time no one accuses Suel Çela. On the contrary, the majority alludes that Suel Çela is supporting the opposition. And this action seems to send a message to Suel Çela, that you are not really arrested, but if you oppose us,

Lufta Berisha-Basha dhe kë mbështeti Suel Çela?

Ish-kryetari i PD Lulzim Basha e denoncoi prej vitesh Suel Çelën se kishte punuar për socialistët me armë në dorë.

Por në nëntor të vitit 2021, hodhi akuza për shërbimin që ai po i bënte Sali Berishës. Ishte koha kur Foltores i duheshin firmat e demokratëve për Kuvendin e 11 Dhjetorit.

“Kam thënë që kurrë nuk mund ta besoj. Suel Çelën e kam përmendur që nga 2015 deri te presionet para 25 prillit. Këta janë ushtarët e Edi Ramës. Janë autorë dhe ekzekutorë të masakrës zgjedhore. Kam thënë që është në nderin e Berishës të distancohet tani që faktet janë bërë publike. Që demokratët, që gjithë Elbasani e ka marrë vesh. Janë përfshirë në marrjen peng deri në krerët e grup seksioneve në kullën e tij te tregu” u shpreh Basha.

Këto akuza u mohuan nga Sali Berisha, i cili kujtoi denoncimet e panumërta që kishte bërë ndër vite nga profili i tij në Facebook për bandën e Elbasanit.

Heshtja e Berishës për Suel Çelën pse nuk e përmend emrin e tij?

Sali Berisha disa ditë më parë ka prezantuar Luçiano Boçin, kandidatin  e koalicionit “Bashkë Fitojmë” për qytetin e Elbasanit.

Berisha si rrallë here nuk foli për bandat në Elbasan, emrin e Suel Çelës nuk e zuri me gojë edhe pse e kishte akuzuar si ‘koka e krimit’ në Elbasan.

Pse PS dhe PD duan mbështetjen e Suel Çelës?

Suel Çela është një biznesmen me shumë ndikim në zone dhe një makineri votash për Bashkinë e Elbasanit. Kjo është arsyeja pse PD e Rithemelimit dhe PS i ‘luten’ të shumëkërkuarit nga SPAK,  që ti mbështes në zgjedhjet lokale.

Kush është Suel Çela?

Suel Çela i njohur edhe si Marjus Lulaj, u shpall në kërkim në Maj të 2022 në kuadër të dosjen ‘Plumbi i Artë’. Sipas dëshmisë së Nuredin Dumanit ai është porositës i tre ngjarjeve 2 të parealizuara dhe 1 e mbetur në tentativë.

Suel Çela akuzohet se ka porositur atentatin e dështuar të 29 marsit 2022 ndaj Elton Kilës, që do ta kryente bashkëpunëtori i drejtësisë, Nuredin Dumani, por i cili mbeti i plagosur rrugës dhe më pas u arrestua.

Një tjetër krim i porositur nga Suel Çela është ajo e tentativës për të vrarë administratorin e shkollës private Lulzim Masha dhe Skerdi Tase, dyshohej si vrasës me pagesë në këtë rast.

Suel Çela nga Elbasani, rezulton i dënuar në Itali për trafikim narkotikësh, por ai ka arritur t’i shpëtojë burgut. Suel Çela rezulton ‘fukara’ pasi nuk ka asnjë biznes në emër të tij, ndonëse i ati është biznesmen dhe zotëron tregun agro-ushqimor në qytetin e Elbasanit, ku ndodhi dhe përplasje me policinë në 2017.

Ngjarja e 2017-ës

Përplasja në Tregun Agro-Ushqimor ndodhi në 18 shtator të 2017-së në Elbasan. Në atë kohë policia e Elbasanit kishte informacion për një grup të rrezikshëm që po lëvizte në qytet prandaj organizoi kontrolle. Pikërisht para tregut Agro-Ushqimor Policia ndaloi një Range-Rover ku brenda tij ishin Enea Bekteshi e Kelmend Xhaferri. Uniformat blu të Elbasanit i arrestuan dy të rinjtë për shkak se kundërshtuan punonjësit.
