Former MP Halit Valteri has deposited two scalings in SPAK for a range of LSI names, from former Deputies, former leaders of this party, to President Ilir Meta.

In both escalations, Valteri calls on SPAK to investigate, among other things, allegations publicly dropped for failing to declare large sums of LSI lobbying in Washington.

Ilir Meta is accused of in one case spending at least $600,000 lobbying in the US after a shell company, where the mediator was Aquarius Tavo and in the other case about $300,000, but which in Albania was declared a lobbying for only $100,000.

But why haven't these sums been declared? According to halit Valteri's escalation in SPAK, the reason is simple: money has corruption as a source and for corrupt ives over the years, the President has been suspected in at least 30 files.

Below is the list of files:

1. AKBN file. The Canadian-American company Empire Mining Corporation, known in the mining field, after investing USD 100m in Albania, was expelled by the Meta-Nacho duo. While Nasip Nacho went to Turkey to shop with Turkish companies, following the expulsion of Canadian-American firms, Berisha blocked the process of granting permits for search and exploitation of the underground. Berisha's anticorruption investigated Besjan Weight, former Executive Director of the National Natural Resources Agency, architect of many spheres in the Ministry of Economy. Meta later expelled The Weight, after suspecting that he was playing more for himself.

2. File with Almir Rrapon. The then Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ilir Meta hired as his secretary in the Foreign Ministry, the US superwanted, the murderous super criminal and trafficker Almir Rrapo. This was a severe blow to the government's image.

3. Video scandal file. Former Economy Minister Drinen Priesti and public defender Prime Minister Sali Berisha in writing, with a voice and figurehead. The government, economic and financial scandal of Deputy Prime Minister Ilir Meta, made through bribes with hydropower appointments, tenders and concessions. This has been the only proceeding for which the Albanian courts (Supreme Court) have been expressed.

5. 43-page file: Former Prime Minister Ilir Meta, has disappeared with the firm sealed $13m fictitious tenders of road reconstruction in axes: Tirana-Durres-Field-Kukes- -Tirana.

6. 8-page file: Former prime minister Ilir Meta, signs the theft of 200,000 tonnes of wheat and 100,000 tonnes of US food oil, filling out false documents in the Port, as if thrown into the sea as "expired" commodity.

7. 19-page file: Former prime minister Ilir Meta, steals 250m dollars from the state budget, makes false purchases of Austrian cars, as a "scrap" category, signs their sale for mergers.

8. 22-page file: Former Prime Minister Ilir Meta signs and allows polish firm "Gdansk" in Durres Seaport to sell Albanian capital and leave, leaving $11m in debt to the state ark.

9. 113-page file: Former Prime Minister Ilir Meta approves telekom's privatism scheme, with the predetermined value of selling 600m dollars, equal to the financial income of 3 months of TELEKOM work.

10. 53-page file: Former Deputy Prime Minister Ilir Meta, is accused as the mastermind of the disappearance by the Savings Bank of $185 million in deposits, hesitant by the accounts of pyramid firms.

11. 134-page file: Former Prime Minister Ilir Meta, gives without any study $2.2 m in funding from the state budget, the Australian ghost firm "Citaroil" for the reconstruction of the oil drilling sector in Patos.

12. 48-page file: Former Prime Minister Ilir Meta, covers the scandal of 200,000 pairs of shoes bought by the army and $12m worth of food and clothing goods for the army, with "out of use" quality, violently removes the public from office, General Cikalesken.

13. 15-page file: Ilir Meta, has signed without tender, the purchase of 45 government cars, priced 10 times higher than the free market.

14. 12-page file: Ilir Meta, is accused by the Accredited Diplomatic Corps in Albania, having signed involvement in government delegations with the result of the exit outside Albania of 43 people in search.

15. 83-page file: Ilir Meta, orders the transition to the "loss" account of 500 million dollars from the state budget, awarded as reconstruction funds for the Directorate General of Oil.

16. Dosje me 13 faqe: Ilir Meta, firmos përdorjen për dieta e shërbime të Këshillit të Ministrave, të 750 mijë dollarëve, akorduara nga PNUD për reformimin e pushtetit lokal.

17. Dosje me 36 faqe: Ilir Meta, mbulon abuzimin 520 milion lekë, bërë me tenderat fiktivë në prodhimet filatelike në Ndërmarrjen e Postave Shqiptare. Hapet dosja, dënohet drejtorja Liza Hoxha, ndërsa Ilir Meta “del i pastër” pa u futur fare në hetim.

18. Dosje me 57 faqe e skica grafike: Ilir Meta, organizon grabitjen e rezervës së floririt thesar shtetëror, duke hapur tunelin në Kërrabë e duke bllokuar trajtimin e çështjes në mbledhjen e qeverisë e parlament.

19. Dosje me 6 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka firmosur blerjen pa tender dhe me çmim tepër të lartë, të energjisë elektrike nga importi, me abuzim 35 milion dollarë.

20. Dosje me 20 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka firmosur 800 milion lekë reklama publicitare, të përvetësuara nëpërmjet llogarive e dokumentacionit të falsifikuar në Televizionin Publik Shqiptar.

21. Dosje me 17 faqe: Ilir Meta, akuzohet publikisht nga kryeministri Fatos Nano, se ka firmosur abuzimin me 600 milion lekë për buxhetin e SHISH, justifikuar me pagesa fiktive të agjentëve të rekrutuar.

22. Dosje me 26 faqe: Ilir Meta, në bashkëveprim me kunatin e tij Drini Kryemadhi, Drejtor i Përgjithshëm i Transportit Publik (patenta-targa), realizon legalizimin në Shqipëri, të makinave të vjedhura e të trafikuara.

23. Dosje me 8 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka abuzuar me 2 milion dollarë në tenderin e investimeve publike trotuare-kanalizime, ndriçim e gjelbërime në lagjen Kombinat në Tiranë, duke përdorur bashkëshorten e tij, deputeten e zonës Monika Kryemadhi.

24. Dosje me 17 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka urdhëruar me shkrim skandalin e vjedhjes së 3 milion dollarëve, nëpërmjet tenderit fiktiv të blerjes së bazës materiale për Korporatën Elektro-energjetike.

25. Dosje me 5 faqe: Ilir Meta, akuzohet për 2 punëtorët e vrarë me shpërthim dinamiti në guroren e tij në malin e Dajtit dhe të 2 punëtorëve në guroren e tij, në malin e Skraparit.

26. Dosje me 7 faqe: Ilir Meta, akuzohet për dhënien e urdhrit për të qëlluar mbi popullin, duke vrarë shtetasin Syl Luzha, në shtator 2000, gjatë mitingut elektoral të PD në Tropojë.

27. Dosje me 11 faqe: Ilir Meta, organizon treg-trafikun e pllakave të gurit për në Greqi, nuk paguan detyrimet fiskale, bashkë me ngarkesën e gurit, ushtron dhe trafik droge.

28. Dosje me 4 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka shkatërruar Ujësjellësin e Bogovës, me shpërthimet në biznesin e guroreve në Bogovë dhe me urdhër të tij, janë akorduar 130 milion lekë nga buxheti i shtetit, me prokurim të drejtpërdrejtë, për riparimin e rrjetit të ujësjellësit.

29. Dosje me 11 faqe: Ilir Meta, urdhëron tërheqjen nga banka dhe zhdukjen pa adresë të 500 mijë dollarëve të taksës së solidaritetit të policisë, mbledhur në pikat e kalimit të kufirit.

30. Dosje me 29 faqe: Ilir Meta, ka punësuar në polici 35 persona në kërkim nga drejtësia për krime të rënda ekonomike e njerëzore, 4 nga të cilët në poste drejtuese dhe gjithashtu 124 të tjerë në sektorët e krimit, të skeduar “persona me precedentë e aktivitet penalë në hetim”
