Why doesn't The Kraja launch investigations mainly into dozens of charges
SPAK leader, Kraja

There are several cases where the SPAK has launched investigations on its own initiative, when suspected cases of corruption, criminal activity, or even abuse of office have been denounced in the media.

The most serious cases when this happened was the media publication of the base with personal data of about 900,000 citizens, which erupted before last year's elections, also known as the patronage scandal.

The other case when the SPAK led by The Kraja began investigations was mainly after the publication of several italian anti-mafia wiretaps, where Ndragheta exponents discovered ties in Albania. This case is also being investigated.

But, despite the media denouncing dozens and dozens of times, even with evidence and fact the alleged corruptive affiliations of the Meta-Chief Magnifi couple, the Special Prosecution has not moved. Even in this case, SPAK has not even announced what is being done with the two statements made by former MP Halit Valteri about lobbying money in Washington, which the LSI has not stated.

The latest statement comes from the media. Adriatic journalist Doci talks about stagnant figures spent by the Meta-Chief couple on aesthetic intervention in San Marino. The payments, he said, were made through an offshore company from Cyprus. From Cyprus earlier, lobbying payments were allegedly made in the US.

According to journalist Adriatric Doci, all payments for the Domus Medica hospital in San Marino are made through offshore companies in Cyprus, even he has published the bills through bank accounts. One of them captures the figure of 287,000 and 650 euros. According to Doci, the Meta-Chief couple have spent over 1m euros stolen from Albanian taxes for their aesthetics.

Both in this case and in the case of lobbying money, the question that should be answered by The Kraja and the SPAK he leads is where this money comes from? Are they legal? Have the Great Meta declared to albanian authorities, as the law requires?

But for these questions to be answered first, investigations must begin, because silence in the face of these statements undermines the public's perception that the SPAK will crack down on corruption without fear at all levels, as The Kraja has stated several times.

The latter has stated that the SPAK does not feel the pressure of politics, but it is time to show it in deeds and this is the moment that Even The Kraja himself is "released" from the past as director of anticorruption in the government of Ilir Meta in the early 2000s.
