NEPOTISM in ALBANIA/ When you enter politics and hire your family members, who keeps the record!

Nepotism  is an advantage, privilege or position given to relatives in a profession or field .

These areas may include, but are not limited to, business , politics , academia , entertainment , sports , fitness , religion , and other activities. 

Politicians of both sides from the Socialist and Democratic Party have secured their family members in various positions in the public administration.

Nepotism has also extended to the local government , the children , sisters , brothers of deputies and mayors have taken over the public administration .

In Albania, this phenomenon is so widespread that a former deputy in an informal conversation with one of his constituents said: At first I will hire my parishioners, then I will deal with you if I run out of time .
