After a debate that lasted a little over a year, the President of the Constitutional Court Holta Zaçaj will leave her post, due to the end of her mandate.
There has been much speculation, statements, or even decisions about when Zaçaj would leave the Constitutional Court, with initially the end of 2024 being considered, then March 2025, and now the end of the year.
The time at the helm of the Constitutional Court has not been smooth for Zaçaj, as he initially clashed with SPAK over the wiretapping issue, then the highly discussed decisions, the "Veliaj" case, and now the "Balluku" case.
There has been a constant clash over Zaçaj's mandate, even during the scandal surrounding the voting for the member of the Constitutional Court elected by the Supreme Court, where Asim Vokshi scandalously emerged as the winner.
But, even in that case, Zaçaj survived, as we are at the end of the last months of 2025 and now "the pilaf no longer holds water."
In recent days, the Constitutional Court has opened a cocktail tender.

According to documents available to VoxNews , the Constitutional Court has opened a tender with the object of " purchase of services for the realization of a cocktail party for the President of the Constitutional Court, on November 25, 2025, in Tirana ."
So, next Tuesday, the members and staff of this court will gather to bid farewell to Zacaj from the Constitutional Court.
In the document specifications, the Constitutional Court writes that cocktail service is required on November 25, 2025, for 70 people.
But where will they make the cocktail?!

The tender is of small value, as VoxNews has learned that it will cost around 2 thousand euros. The money will be paid by the Constitutional Court, which has finalized the procedure in recent days.
It is learned that the ceremony will be organized by the entity " KOTONI ". In fact, the entity is a hotel, bar and restaurant, located opposite the Constitutional Court.
Anyone can do the calculations themselves, if the people who made the documents can know the owners or have connections to them.
The fact is that, more than the procedure, the organized ceremony will close a chapter in the Constitutional Court, to pave the way for another path, which remains to be seen.
Will the decisions be in favor of the majority, as is the case of "Balluk", or will they be in defense of the Republic and the fundamental document of our state, the Constitution!
