A week ago, Piranjat told the story of Hektor Agalliu , a pensioner from Tërpani, a worker in Salillari, who had obtained the concession for the construction of the Vlora Commercial Port, a project worth around 60 million euros.

But it turns out that the story doesn't end there, as another family member seems to enjoy the same gift as the head of the family, Engjëll Agalliu , Hector's son, who has benefited from an even bigger project.

The scope of activity covers a range of activities, from the production, distribution and sale of energy, to the provision of real estate services and the sale and purchase of real estate.

The initial capital was 100 thousand new lek.

A modest figure, equivalent to a maximum of two months of office rent, but that did not stop the Ministry of Energy from declaring Albanian Solar Power the beneficiary of a gigantic 82 megawatt permit, a project that requires at least 80 million euros in investment.

On June 4, 2025, the Council of Ministers approved Engjëll Agalliu's permit for the " Construction of a photovoltaic power generation plant and auxiliary works, in the village of Boçovë, Fier Municipality " for 49 years and in exchange, the state will receive 2% of the annual amount of electricity production for free or its conversion into monetary value.

Both the father, Hector, and the son, Engjëlli, are employees of the Salillari company. They both wake up every morning. At 07:00, they leave the building built by Salillari one after the other and head to work, traveling in the same Salillari company car.


It should be clarified here once again that despite close family ties with the oligarch, both of them hold modest job positions.

So, to summarize: from an ordinary family of simple workers, in just a few years, father and son are at the center of two mega-projects that any large and experienced company would dream of.

How, why, what, we cannot say. What is certain is that the land in Boçova, Fier is now in the hands of Agalliu, who has the permit and is ready to launch the most important project of his life.

But, is Engjëll Agalliu the real owner of this project or just the name that was supposed to appear on paper?/ Piranhas
