"Resign if you can't do it", denunciation in VoxNews against the director of Metrology: Pressure and climate of fear at work!

A complaint has reached the VoxNews editorial office regarding the General Directorate of Metrology , where numerous employee departures and resignations have been recorded. This situation began after the appointment of the general director, Alkida Llakaj .

According to the complaint, the climate in the institution has deteriorated significantly, while the director is accused of arrogant behavior, pressure on staff, and continuous creation of vacancies in the administration.

The departures have intensified after the confirmation of her appointment as head of the institution, raising suspicions that the vacancies are being used for new appointments in the service of political and electoral interests.

"The pressure to dismiss the rest of the staff continues. As soon as a difficulty arises at work, the answer is: 'Resign if you can't do it,'" the complaint states.

Employees claim to feel demoralized and insecure about their jobs, while their complaints, according to them, have been consistently ignored.

In their reaction, they also raise the public question to the Director General: "Why have there been so many dismissals since your appointment as Director General, compared to the entire period since the establishment of the institution?"

So far there has been no public reaction from the General Directorate of Metrology or from Alkida Llakaj herself regarding these allegations.

In the General Directorate of Metrology, resignations throughout 2025 have been massive.

They started when it was confirmed that the general director Alkida Llakaj would be coming, as within the SP structures she is held back for this alone, as well as for her arrogant and inhumane behavior.

Her appointment was made so that she could create as many vacancies as possible in this directorate, which the SP would need during the campaign, as in this way it also obtained the status of TND in record time.

Her family members involved in the world of crime offer great support in the structures of the SP. And the lady in question received her reward, of course by winning the TND "meritocracy".

But she is unhappy with this as the pressures to dismiss the rest of the staff continue.

As soon as he is presented with a work difficulty, the response is " resign if you can't do it ."

Everyone depends on that salary. But the director doesn't seem impressed, because she spends that salary for 5 minutes. Who knows what the director will achieve. The complaints that have been made have been constantly ignored.

The last hope that was in the media was lost, because it was bought. The employees are demoralized and submissive. Every day they think it is the last day of work.   No one talks about it.

How protected is this lady?

Can you ask the director a question: why have there been so many departures since she was appointed as director general, compared to the entire period since the directorate was established?
