New details from the SPAK investigative file shed light on a suspected drug trafficking and money laundering scheme, which also mentions well-known names from the business world.

According to intercepts of the Sky ECC application administered by SPAK, regarding a transaction of 400 thousand euros, justified in the documentation as payment for the "purchase of a dinghy".

According to the investigative material, the vessel "Hurricane" had a real value of 850 thousand euros, while the bank documents declared an amount of 400 thousand euros.

The file refers to Adrian Rama asking Edmond Jaupi to transfer the dinghy to the latter's ownership, while investigators suspect that the difference between the real and declared value may have been used to justify or circulate funds of suspected criminal origin.

The case is part of SPAK's investigations and the allegations included in the file remain the subject of the investigative process.

According to SPAK, this communication creates the suspicion that the vessel "Uragan" was not in the actual ownership of Edmond Jaupaj, but of Adrian Rama, a conclusion that, according to the prosecution, is also supported by other communications administered within the framework of the investigation.
