This has been indirectly proven today by the credo-democrat Sali Berisha, who defended the two main oligarchs who own three-quarters of Albania, Samir Manen and Shefqet Kastrati.

When I was in the government, all major axes without exception were built by international companies. Shkodra-Hani i Hoti were Italians. Lushnje - Fier, Italians. Levan - Tepelen, Italians. So no tower is signed.

We take Shefqet Kastratin. It was the largest in oil. The Albanian government has issued 32 oil licenses. Absolutely. Just so you know, when he asked for VAT to be removed, the oil he sold to Bankers for injection was not removed. What do I tell you? At a time when it dominated the oil market, Albania cleared 700,000 tons with 430,000 vehicles. Today, Albania clears 400 or so thousand tons with 700 or so thousand vehicles. It is the smuggling of minimum 250 thousand tons of oil. Oil smuggling is impossible without the government. I have not signed any towers.

A tower that was planned from the end of the new Boulevard, came out Edi Rama asked the one who had it, he asked for 20%. 20% in that tower was 100 million. It was a tower of 400 or so million.
