The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama, who accused the opposition of dreaming of the return of January 21 by using minors as cannon fodder in violent protests.
Berisha described Rama as "the nation's biggest arsonist," accusing him of driving young people away from the country.
" The greatest arsonist in the history of the nation is the godfather Edi Rama. He is the one who has burned, destroyed the dreams, during his rule, of about 720 thousand young Albanians, who took their most beautiful dream of making themselves, their family, society and Albania happy, on their backs, in the streets of the world.
Is there arson worse than this? The biggest arsonist of Albanians is Edi Rama, who with Lubi Balluku and Ergys Agas has looted over 12 billion euros from Albanian taxes. He has built roads 10 times more expensive than in Europe.
"Is there a bigger arsonist than Rama, than the man who made the Albanian pensioner talk to himself? This is the number one arsonist of the nation. Protest, revolt, is the mission of liberation of this nation. He is responsible for this catastrophe. The DP supports this revolt with all its strength until its victory ," said Berisha.
