It doesn't take much science to understand Ilir Meta's big trouble with justice. From Jala, where he returned to vacations with the youth of the party, the former President tried to avoid individual confrontation with justice and put SPAK in front of the people.
"The issue of justice will be resolved by the people. If SPAK wants to be used politically, let it be used. If they want to put them before the people, the people will solve this matter. The opposition has only the people left, this issue will be resolved with the people of freedom. A strong tectonic movement has started and will not stop. There will be a 'spring' much earlier than you expect, even December is far away, there will be developments. Ramovici, 'The final countdown', confronts me himself! I take the bull by the horns," he said.
Only SPAK knows at what stage the investigations it has started are at, but the letter it sent to the CEC for the decriminalization form is a positive signal, which means that at least it is being investigated and it is getting to the goal that the Ambassador says Yuri Kim; NO ONE is above the law!
But, since we are on the decriminalization form, SPAK must first clarify what Ilir Meta's real name is. Is it Ilir Metaj, or Ilir Meta? For this reason, Arben Kraja, whom Meta called 'spurdhjak', has addressed the Civil Registry on August 8 to officially learn the real last name of the former President.
The answer of the Civil Registry in this case is not known, but a public answer was given by Monika Kryemadhi. The latter published the personal certificate of her husband. It turns out that Ilir Meta on the cards is not Ilir Meta, but Ilir Metaj, that is, with a 'J' at the end.
The change seems small, but the consequences can be big. For one misspelled letter in the name or last name, there are dozens of cases where Albanians could not withdraw their pension, could not get their diplomas, or could not get their visas and ended up at the doors of the courts to find their justice.
Ilir Metaj, on the other hand, not only did not have such a problem, but at the top of the hierarchy of the Albanian state, he signed and issued decrees under the name of Ilir Meta. If the cases of Albanian citizens who, because of an extra, missing, or wrong letter in their surname, could not receive their pensions without first going to court to prove that they are 'themselves' will be compared to this, then all the signed decision-making of Ilir Metaj with the last name 'Meta' should end up in court.
This decision-making is not rare and extends over three decades, from deputy, minister, prime minister, deputy prime minister, speaker of the Assembly to the President. Comparing it with the vicissitudes of citizens for a mistake in their name or surname, it is not too much to say that in this case we are dealing with forgery or misuse of duty.
