The renowned Turkish strategist in the field of international relations and strategic consulting, Cem Bagci, has made an official visit to Albania with the aim of strengthening regional cooperation and developing new strategic projects.
During his visit, Bagci met with government representatives, research institutes, and private sector leaders, where he emphasized the geopolitical importance of the Balkans and made assessments on the future of Turkey-Albania relations.
In his statement, Cem Bagci said:
