The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with the former captain of the Albanian National Team, Lorik Canë.

He said that together they discussed the work being done in sports and said that they appreciated the importance of the massification of sports and physical activity.

"The last time we met with Lorik was this summer during the European Football Championship in Germany, in support of the Albanian national team. A few days ago, in Tirana, he showed the documentary about the Arbëresh people of Italy. His brilliance on the green field as the iconic captain of Albania continues with the good works that Loriku does for the promotion of the Albanian national culture".

"Today we met to discuss the good work we are doing in sports. In particular, we appreciated the importance of the massification of sports and physical activity, to make them part of the general culture of society. It is always a pleasure to talk with Lorik Cana, the boy from Gjakova who has great merit in maintaining the spirit of patriotism", Kurti wrote on Facebook.
