If you were to approach the "Srebrenica" case in the Albanian parliament in context and not in the text, the non-voting by the majority of an "out of time" resolution of a duo that has no political sense left, Sali Berisha - Tritan Shehu, irritation the public should be with these two and not with the majority who said "No".

That is enough speculative question to be asked in this case: Berisha would like the vote "for" or "against"?

The answer is no dilemma: wait for the vote "against", as it happened. If Berisha himself had had dilemmas about what the majority would vote one way or another, he would never have presented this resolution. That's all they have to think about all those irritated laziness for hours on the net, which at least lacks the ability to read even between the lines of a certain political development. The issue is complicated by Berisha and not by the "No" of the majority for Srebrenica.

The irritation would be justified if the "No" was for a resolution that came in circumstances with debate about Srebrenica, even on an anniversary, and also had for authors individuals with clear political integrity, proven over the years as defenders of this cause.

In the short term, Berisha achieved a success from his bluff. It is enough to see the reactions of that human Scott who does not have the typical devilishness of Berisha, but has his thickness.

Berisha, among many political handicaps, has an innate lack of elegance for political chess. The peasant level in the exercise of politics has been, today and at all times, since it appeared in this domain of public life, on a proverbial level. Apart from the inexhaustible energy to do politics, politics for the sake of politics and not for the sake of an idea or vision, which he has never had, he is also a monumental incapable of reforming, that is, of coming out outside the rustic fence where he was born and raised and to be civilized, in the sense of a finesse in thought but makar and in behavior.

This is known as a character phenomenon, with people who, despite their academic or career advancement, a part of them, the most essential one, remains there, motionless, in the village where it was committed.

Therefore, provinciality and thickness, regardless of collaring or titles, are read on the forehead. It is not only those who read these hours who are lacking the minimum ability to say "No" to Srebrenica with "No" for the author of the resolution.
