Edi Rama would undoubtedly constitute a real scandal in a western country, with a reprimanding attitude towards a justice institution like SPAK. Although he is the most restrained prime minister in the 30-year history of reacting to justice, not commenting on court rulings even for his closest associates, it is not that he has the right to run out of patience one day and explode. One of the punishments of being the first power is to endure other powers. Especially those for which you have contributed yourself.

And at this point I agree with the reaction of SPAK, which says that we react mainly on the files provided and the facts that lead to justice. With a few small exceptions not for very sensitive issues, all the ministers of Edi Rama and Edi Rama himself, have considered as annoying work the denunciation with facts of their predecessors.

Under the principle that it is not good to denounce the predecessors, there is almost no serious denunciation of the most sensational corruption issues of the Berisha administration, while the Berisha family continues to launder money in the eyes of everyone, with their media, with unverified businesses that expect bills as if selling blueberries and expensive panties in the Block. The administration of Edi Rama is their guardian, which would not have happened even for primitive reasons in Berisha's time.

But SPAK has two standards in this attitude. There is a standard by which he reacts to the crazy rhetoric of Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha in the Dvorani case, and another standard to Edi Rama's collaborators and his own statements.

Ardian Dvorani was put under investigation not only without any facts, but only because SPAK was complex by the rhetoric of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta against him.

I understand Sali Berisha. Ardian Dvorani's brother is one of the 26 killed in Gerdec in the disguised business of Sali Berisha's son, who took 26 lives and injured about 350 others. And in the primitive logic of Sali Berisha, now he is in blood with the Dvorani tribe and thinks that if Dvorani stays in the justice system, he will take his brother's blood.

Dvorani is an exemplary judge and of course he does not have those criteria, but the enemies of justice in Albania have their own criteria.

On the other hand, he was a minority judge against the acquittal of Ilir Meta in the case of wiretapping made public by his former minister Dritan Prifti. So he is simply a personal enemy of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, because of duty and not because of any of his personal gestures.

By their criteria they have classified it as a dangerous enemy, which must be got rid of. Although the US has declared him one of the 12 champions of justice in the world, Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha have massacred him in their public discourse, and unfortunately the SPAK has been put into action not because of any fact, but because of their attacks.

Pra SPAK ka dëshmuar totalisht mungesë profesionalizmi dhe komplekse inferioriteti ndaj dy politikanëve të rëndësishëm në vend, por të afishuar si armiq të reformës në drejtësi.

Dhe përderisa SPAK e ka demonstruar këtë standard, Edi Rama ka të drejtë të përdor ndaj tyre të njëjtën gjuhë për t’u vënë në lëvizje. Nëse ata nuk vihen vetë në lëvizje nga faktet që dalin në publik apo që njihen publikisht, le të vihen nga gjuha kritike dhe sulmet ndaj tyre, siç janë vënë në rastin Dvorani.

Ata nuk mund të jenë krenarë dhe profesionistë kur flet Edi Rama dhe me “bisht në shalë” kur flet Sali Berisha dhe Ilir Meta. Ata duhet të vendosin standardin e tyre në raport me drejtësinë dhe standardi që kanë vendosur deri tani, është se kush i sulmon i hapin rrugë dhe kush sillet korrekt, siç sillet shumica, i trajtojnë “profesionalisht”.

Therefore, today, when Edi Rama with the standard of a western society has exceeded his right, SPAK, as if it had been brought until today as an independent institution, had the right to react. But it is not brought as such. So they had better keep quiet. At least maintain the standard they have created themselves.
