A missing postcard for the (dis)abled!
Lutfi Dervishi

This March 7 for Kiko was not an ordinary day. More than the brightness of the spring rays on the edge of Saranda's pedestrian street, he was blinded by the brightness of the gifts, congratulations and post-praise addressed to the teachers.

As he followed all the digital parades one after the other, his state of mind seemed meaningless: At first he was surprised, then bored, then reflected and endlessly questioned about everything he saw.

"If all the teachers are so great, then why does this country have so many problems?!", Kiko said, resting her forehead on her index finger.

"The morning shows started with impressions of the best teachers, valuable lectures and eternal debt because they have prepared us for the future. But is this true? Perhaps the opposite is true and there is massive hypocrisy here. Today it is wished that all teachers and lecturers are perfect. No! Otherwise, why do Albanians say: "Hey, what did the school take this child from me!"

Technology is changing the lives of homo sapiens rapidly and teachers, no matter how good they are, are not preparing the new generation for what lies ahead. Today, more than ever, society needs incompetent teachers and lecturers", said Kiko and listed reasons that surprised everyone:

"Without incompetent teachers we will never be prepared for life, but we will be like one who wades into the sea with his feet.

Incompetent pedagogues make capable ones look like excellent ones.

Self-education through Instagram, Tik-Tok and Facebook is in vogue today. Without incompetent lecturers, the desire to learn through tik tok is lost. You have to face the bad to appreciate the good.

Incompetent educators should be valued because they and only they prepare students for the real world. School ends one day and in the workplace you will encounter an incompetent boss, a colleague who is a party militant or a blackmailing boss.

Today's life is overloaded with stress and laughter is the best medicine. Would you be able to laugh if we didn't have the lecturers who don't do it just to teach?!

Incompetent teachers and pedagogues give us the opportunity to complain, so let's be honest, who doesn't like to complain about the school in general and the pedagogues in particular?!", said Kiko, who, despite being irritated, had courage to follow the digital parades to the end.

Before leaving the digital world, Kiko left a note with the order to be engraved on a large stone in front of the Parliament:

"In Albania, a prison diploma is more profitable, especially when you have completed it abroad, than a diploma, master's and doctorate from the best university!"

Note: Since for several months he has been considered a knowledgeable teacher for people, Kiko received some letters from politicians on March 7, but he has not yet opened them to read them.
