In the investigative file, it is claimed that Leonard Palushi informed the Director of Elbasan Local Police, Arjan Muça, about the incident, and then he delegated the case to his deputy, Alket Shatro. The latter then went to the scene where the pistol in question was found. It is believed that the Police official was asked for more details about his "work" at the service station.
