Voting officially started at 7:00 a.m. today, but problems with electronic identification devices were encountered in almost all districts.

So far, voting has not started in dozens of polling centers and the reason is the problem with the identification devices.

It is reported about problems in Vlorë, Fier, Berat, Elbasan, Korçë, but also in Tirana. If the electronic identification devices will not start working, it is expected that in some centers, citizens' voting will start manually.
