General Directorate of Road Transport Services

The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani appreciates the services of the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, saying that it has undergone a total transformation with good quality, fast and informative service.

"have the anger (even hold it), but give the hack", writes Manjani as he also recounts his personal experience, saying that he completed work very quickly on three occasions, without the need for a queue or a friend.

Manjani's comment comes after a virtual debate between the director of DPSHTRR, Blendi Gonxhe, and journalist Klodian Tomorri, as the latter mocked the road transport directorate in an article for comparing the figures of 2023 with 2019.

But Manjani says that the management of DPSHTRR has shown that state institutions can be of high quality, even without the need to grant concessions. "This kind of service deserves respect," he writes.

Manjani's full comment:

Be angry, you are giving the hack.

DPSHTRR, has a completely different service. Good quality, fast and informative. Total transformation to be honest.

I have had service 3 times in a row recently at the counter and it has been fast, quality and very informative. No line, no friend, no phone, nothing. A few minutes at the clean counter and it's done.

This kind of service deserves respect.

This type of service shows once again that public service does not have to be private. Neither with concession nor with P(err)P(err)P(err).

The question is, why is the Cadastre service not at the same level?!

Why are private medical services not so good and high-quality?!

Having said this, which is a lived truth, it does not mean that we have praised the government.

On the contrary, such services are proof that the government has invested in vain by giving private public services.

Of course, the qualitatively improved service in DPSHTRR does not make the level of democracy, politics and justice in Albania better, as a whole.

But the good thing must be accepted.

One should show respect for the work, telling the other "good job".

I repeat:

have a grudge (hold it even), but give the hack!
