The court hearing has concluded, delivering the verdict for the perpetrators of the murder of 20-year-old  Grei Bihuci  on March 11, 2024 in the city center of Fier .

All parties appeared at noon today after the decision was rendered.

The court session at the first instance court of Fier jurisdiction was held under strict security measures.

The panel consisted of chairman Genci Busho and members Vladimir Cjapi and Elira Hroni .

The prosecutor in the case was Petrit Vukaj, while the two perpetrators accused of murder were defended by lawyer Ervis Goxhaj.

After reading the facts in the file and the evidence provided to the prosecution, Petrit Vukaj requested a guilty verdict for the accused, requesting 25 years in prison for Florian Muka and 12 years in prison for the minor KM (Florian's brother).

The defense, represented by attorney Ervis Goxhaj, claimed before the trial panel that Florian admitted to the murder but said he committed it in self-defense.

Meanwhile, the 16-year-old minor KM, the brother of the perpetrator, has claimed that he was present when the fight occurred and the murder was committed, but he himself did not commit any action. The two accused have apologized and expressed remorse for the actions they have taken.
