Through a combination of wiretaps, SPAK has managed to raise strong suspicions that the perpetrators of Fatbardh Lici's murder are Behar Bajri, Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and a girl from the world of showbiz, Eria Ago.
The investigative file also provides the testimony of Mustafa Lici, the brother of the victim, Fatbardh Lici, who tells of a significant message he received from citizen G. J, one day after the murder.
It is learned that Mustafa Lici stated that one day after his brother was killed, citizen GJ called him asking to meet him and further told him that a black SUV with two people in it had gone to him and they left him a message to say that they had to leave blood....".
Mustafa Lici asked him to say the same statement again when Sokoli was present, and the three of them then talked in a cafe, where citizen Gj also recounted the conversation.
Meanwhile, from the wiretaps that are in the file, Fatbardh Lici's family members, according to the resulting communications, suspect that the possible perpetrators of the murder are the persons under investigation.
The investigation file also states that the pistol with which Fatbardh Lici was killed was found to have been used in a criminal incident that occurred in Shkodra in 2014, for which A. Raja was arrested and later released. This information came from the expertise of the weapon.
From the verifications made for A. Raja, it is suspected that he had close social ties to Gjin Ndoj and was present on August 9, 2018, at a party in Tirana together with Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Eria Ago.
The latter, who is the girlfriend of the person under investigation Safet Rustemi, stated in 2018 that during the time of Fatbardh Lici's murder, she was in Tirana and that she was not in Shkodra and that she never used Astmer Bilal's car.
From the data obtained from the wiretaps and the mobile phone number records that Eria Ago had, the opposite results.
Given this situation, SPAK considered her arrest reasonable.
