The prosecution of Elbasan has given the claim for the event that happened a few days before the last parliamentary elections, where Pjerin Xhuvani was killed with a gun.
The prosecution requested 25 years in prison for the suspected author of this event, Arbër Paplekajn.
Pjerin Xhuvani was killed two years ago after being shot by Arbër Paplekaj, part of the Vote Protection group in the Democratic Party.
As a result of this event that happened on April 21, four other people were injured: Emiljan Prenga, Pavlo Vuksani, Eltjon Bodinaku and Xhensila Sota (police officer).
